In 1-on-1 sessions, we work at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Movement may be gentle, expressive, structured, or exploratory depending on your needs.
Some sessions may focus on grounding and regulation, while others may open space for creativity, play, or emotional expression.
You do not need any dance background. All you need is a willingness to explore what your body already knows.
