Explore your inner world at a pace that works best for you. Together we work with talk therapy, somatic awareness, and creative approaches to support clarity, healing, and resilience. You are met exactly as you are, with care and collaboration.

2. Therapeutic Yoga

1-on-1 yoga sessions are designed to support your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Each practice meets your unique needs and supports in building steadiness, strength, vital life force through deep connection with your body.

3. Somatic Movement

You are invited to explore your body’s natural impulses. Through intuitive movement, grounding, and reflection, you reconnect with your inner world, release tension, and discover new possibilities for expression and clarity.
